On April 25th
we put 6 local chicken eggs in our incubator.
On May 2 I added 11 more from a hatchery. It may be close, but hopefully we’ll have
some chicks before the last day of school.
We also received Painted
Lady caterpillars last Thursday. The
students will be amazed at how much they have grown over the weekend.

make a 100 item collection to bring into school and share (count). The items may be attached to poster board or
loose in a container. While collecting
the items, practice counting by 1s, 5s, and 10s. Be creative and choose an item that interests
your child (NO FOOD, please).
